Stanford Cancer Wellness
Take care of your mind and body. Our meditation and fitness classes focus on balance, strength, and relaxation. These classes give you a way to connect with others who have similar experiences. Livestrong at the YMCA is a 12-week physical activity program designed to help adult cancer survivors regain strength through exercise.

Program offers personalized exercise regimens developed by Post-Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialists (BCES). Whether your surgery was recent or several years ago, studies show that exercise decreases the effects of fatigue, improves the quality of life, and decreases the chance of recurrence.

An inclusive breast cancer community for young people with breast cancer in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are an inclusive breast cancer community for those experiencing the unique issues that come with having breast cancer at a young age.

Young Survival Coalition
A global non-profit supporting young adults (under 40) diagnosed with breast cancer by providing tailored education, community, and resources to address their unique challenges, focusing on survivorship, research, and unique needs like fertility and career impact. THey offer virtual hangouts, conferences, and peer connections for patients, survivors, and caregivers.
